Working with a Damcon electric pruning platform is still a fantastic experience

Sometimes you hear stories from Damcon customers that make you think: That’s quite remarkable, can that really be true? Eighteen years of intensive use of an electric pruning platform equipped with the very first generation of batteries, and it is still fully operational. So, we decided to verify the story with Herman and Johan Verwoert of Verwoert Nursery.

Herman: “There’s not a word of exaggeration in it. We’re amazed ourselves that we can still work with it for almost a full week before it needs recharging.”
“And just take a look at the paint quality, it still looks great, doesn’t it? If we compare all the maintenance costs and fuel expenses of a diesel machine over those years with this one, it has actually been the more economical option. We’re still extremely satisfied with it.”
