Even we were taken aback when we heard that Damcon had been nominated for the OOM Award 2025. What an amazing surprise – and above all, a wonderful recognition for our entire team!

The OOM Foundation promotes education and development in metalworking. That fits perfectly with the way we work. At Damcon, we always have interns, and BBL students get plenty of opportunities to grow – thanks in large part to OOM.
